BRAND

We have had a presence on the international market since 2001. We have set up a group of companies that spans across the administrative boundaries of nations – a company which, with time, became a brand and evolved to become GROUP-ARCH Sp. z o.o. Today, our headquarters is in Wrocław. In other countries, where we have been present since the beginning (the Russian Federation, Ukraine), we fulfil the role of lead architect and the bridge between investor, local designer and the general contractor.


We are a guarantor of European quality on a given project, the commercial success of a facility and capable leadership in the design process.

There is an endless amount of arrangements in which we are willing to cooperate. Beginning with a preliminary analysis, sketches, concept work, interdisciplinary conceptualisations, all the way through administrative processes, document compilation and obtainment of building permits as well as tender projects, working projects, interior design projects,
all the way to authorial oversight of a construction site regardless of where it is located. We are flexible and we are glad to combine our forces with our client's team

GROUP-ARCH means modern design using licensed software (AutoCAD, Archicad). In addition, we are in the process of implementing new software, in order to be able to work with integrated BIM processes with the help of the latest licensed software (Revit), as well as experienced and creative designers.

Agnieszka
Staszczyszyn

Architect, graduated from the Department of Architecture at the Wrocław University of Technology in 1999 earning a Master of Science in Architecture. In 1996, she finished a year-long study programme at the School of Architecture and the Built Environment at the University of Humberside (UK), earning a B.A. degree (Hons) in Architecture. Agnieszka was a doctorate candidate at the Department of Architecture of the Wrocław University of Technology. Due to professional responsibilities, she stopped her graduate studies after the second year. She gained professional experience working for various architecture firms: ASW Studio, Barańska-Bernardi and Ozone. From November 2001, she was the co-creator and co-owner of the company Ozone East in Poland and Ozone East in Russia, in which she served as the CEO. She worked on many different projects, but above all she designed and led Auchan shopping centre construction in Poland and in Russia.


In November 2002, Agnieszka ceased her cooperation with Ozone in Poland and Russia and began developing her own company AA_Design in Poland and Soft Line in Russia. In January 2004, she received construction credentials through the unlimited architectural construction license specialisation. Currently, she is the co-owner of Group-Arch Sp. z o.o. She is a founding member of the Women in Real Estate Poland (WIREP) society. She has completed a number of trainings: Project Management, Lean Manufacturing, Wygrywam dzięki Eko!Logicznie. She is a yacht skipper and a sailing instructor.

In her work she is valued for:

Adrian
Staszczyszyn

Architect, graduated from the Department of Architecture at the Wrocław University of Technology in 2000 earning a Master of Science in Architecture. His professional experience includes work for the following firms: FOLD, Studio projektowe Barańska-Bernardi, Pracownia Projektowa Maćków and Ozone.

In 1997-1999, he worked for the Housing and Social Architectural Design Faculty under the wings of Prof. B. Huckriede at Branderburgische Technische Universität Cottbus in Germany. Adrian was an assistant teaching design courses for second year students.

In December 2002, he set up his own companies: AA_Studio in Poland and Blank Architects in Russia. In January 2004, he attained construction credentials through the unlimited architectural construction license specialisation. From 2007 to 2009, he was the co-owner of SLUA – a design office in Ukraine. Currently, he is a partner at Group-Arch Sp. z o.o. He finished a number of training courses, including ones in Project Management and Lean Manufacturing.
